Joint Structures
Stronger Together.
Lend. Invest. Grow.
Crest Rock Finance supports multi-party structures with proportional ownership, independent management rights, and full audit transparency — for couples, business partners, and syndicates alike. Whether you're investing together or borrowing together, we support joint structures.
How It Works
Shared ownership.
Individual control.
When you set up a joint structure — an investment or a shared facility — each co-party holds a defined percentage. That percentage is recorded permanently and cannot be altered without the consent of all parties.
Each co-party manages their own portion through their individual account — meaning withdrawals, repayments, transfers, and beneficiary designations are handled independently, with no single point of control.

Total ownership must always equal 100%. Any transfer of ownership requires a new verified transaction.
Who Holds Jointly
Built for every kind of shared structure.
Couples & Families
Invest or borrow together as a household with clearly defined percentage ownership. Each partner retains independent management rights over their portion.
Business Partners
Pool capital for investment, or take a joint facility, alongside business colleagues or co-founders. Proportional ownership and liability are defined from the outset.
Syndicates & Co-Borrowers
Multiple parties can collectively access higher-minimum products or shared facilities through a joint structure, with each member holding their own verified account.
Trust Structures
Trustee-managed joint holdings for family trusts, charitable funds, and other structured entities. Subject to corporate KYC verification.
Ownership Rules
Transparent and immutable.
These rules apply to all joint structures on the platform.
Ownership shares are set when the structure is opened and recorded immutably.
Total ownership across all co-parties must equal exactly 100%.
Each co-party must hold a verified Crest Rock Finance account.
Each co-party manages their own portion independently — including withdrawal or repayment decisions.
Ownership can be transferred to another registered user with co-party consent.
Beneficiary designations can be added per owner, not per product.
